By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

When and if I accept your commission, I am always assuming that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Breaking them will almost always resort in being unable to commission me again in the future.

I may decline any commission I don't feel comfortable with. A will draw / won't draw list is provided on the home page.

If you have any questions about why some things are on my 'will not draw' feel free to ask.

Payment will be collected at the end.

I will keep you updated and involved with my progress as I go. I want to make sure you are as happy as possible with the final result! All images will have a watermark until payment is collected at the end.

Payment platforms available include Cashapp,Venmo, and Paypal.

Once your commission is completed, that art is yours to do with as you please.

You paid for the art, it's yours.I do not take back art gifts--and I sure as heck do not take back art from a paid service.

I do not consent to my art being fed into any sort of AI training.

Self-explanatory. Don't do it. This is literally the ONE thing I ask you DO NOT DO with the art I provide you.If I find out that you have done this, I will never work with you again.

A reference is not required but it would be greatly appreciated.

If you dont have a proper reference for your favorite blorbo yet, that's okay! I can do my best with interpretation, but cannot guarantee a perfect result.

Art of characters belonging to others.

If I am drawing a character for a paid commission, and this character does not belong to you, please provide written proof from the character's creator that it is alright for me to draw said character at your request, and for compensation.(This does not include original characters from franchises like FNAF or Marvel.)

Please do not rush me.

Checking in on my progress is totally okay! Just do not demand I speed up. I am a full-time college student and things can come up. However, if I believe I will take longer than expected I will absolutely reach out and let you know in advance.

Please do not beg me for lower prices.

Pretty self-explanatory. My prices are meant to be extremely reasonable.

If you repost or share your commission, you must do so with credit.

Politely, if you repost the commission I’ve done for you, I expect you to credit me. This should be the case with sharing any artist’s work, and is the case here.This helps me grow :)

These terms and conditions are subject to change. You will only be held responsible for the version you read when commissioning me.
